Why Palin Has Resigned So Early

Posted July 4th, 2009 by TrustOnlyMulder and filed in Politics-American

Everyone is asking why Sarah Palin, the Republican governor of Alaska, has resigned from her governorship so soon if she is planning on running for the Republican nomination in the 2012 election.

I have one big reason to explain.

Right now Congress has passed the new Obama cap and trade (read cap and tax) bill and it is going to the Senate for approval.

If this bill passes, the cost of fuel will be going up dramatically due to the taxation. This would decrease the demand, which would in turn affect the revenue of Alaska, perhaps even pushing them into deficit.

Why would Palin want that lodestone around her neck when she goes for the brass ring?

All in all, it is a wise move on her part.

Actually, she will face federal embezzlement cahrges this week. She’s in some trouble.

  2. #1 – Jim. Actually you are incorrect there. The Feds have already confirmed there is no investigation and Palin’s lawyers have made it clear that if any network says she is going under federal investigation and portrays it negatively on her that she will be suing.
(I heard this just this morning on a major network)

  3. And I’m sure we will be hearing an apology from Jim anytime now…

Mulder, your theory is fascinating and it’s not the first time I’ve heard it.

It does seem quite possible when you factor in how she said she could serve Alaska better by resigning right now or something to that effect.

I hope she lands a job wit Fox or Sirius, invites all her critics, and cuts them to shreds!!!!!!!!!
